What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement offline reinforcement learning models for parameter optimization
  • Analyze historical design and simulation data to train and validate RL models
  • Define and optimize reward functions based on design metrics (e.g., timing, power, area)
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into SRECO workflows
  • Evaluate model performance against baseline methods and identify improvement opportunities
  • Document methodologies, experiments, and results

 

What You’ll Need:

  • Currently pursuing a master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques, especially reinforcement learning. 
  • Experience with Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
  • Familiarity with data analysis and optimization methods
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
