You Are:

You are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Experience in order management or sales operations, you thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments where accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You possess a strong analytical mindset and are adept at navigating complex processes, identifying gaps, and implementing improvements to drive business results. Communication is one of your key strengths—you can clearly articulate issues and collaborate effectively with teams across functions and geographies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Validating and processing customer orders, ensuring precise pricing, product information, and all necessary documentation are in place.
  • Managing the order backlog, coordinating fulfillment cycles, and supporting accurate, timely revenue booking activities.
  • Reviewing, verifying, and maintaining records for customer contracts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
  • Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth order flow.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance operational productivity.
  • Participating in automation initiatives, supporting system enhancements, and engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues across global regions to support operational excellence.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 8–10 years of relevant experience in order management or sales operations.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks with strong ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience participating in process automation or system upgrade initiatives is a plus.
