You are a trusted advisor who provides clear, timely, and accurate HR guidance to employees, managers, and leadership. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responsible for HR foundational processes, escalations from Shared services team (Tier-3)
- Ensure risk mitigation, talent management processes, ensuring smooth and effective employee experience
- Work closely with people partners, talent COEs, shared services and business leaders to drive operational efficient and business impact
- Ensure to provide clear and accurate HR guidance to employees, managers, and leadership on policies, processes, and best practices.
- Offer expertise on employment legislation, compliance, and HR operations to support your client groups, while managing a team
- Investigate recurring issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with People Partners and Centres of Excellence (COEs) to implement long-term solutions.
- Partner with site leaders and People Partners to drive HR initiatives, including employee engagement actions based on survey feedback.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and workforce optimization.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis to identify proactive HR actions for retention, performance management, and employee experience improvement.
- Review and analyse talent metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions that enhance organizational performance.
- Plan, manage, and continuously improve leadership review processes and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 8+ years of HR experience in high-growth, transformation-driven environments, with a focus on HR operations, employee relations, and business enablement.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage HR escalations, labor relations, and organizational change in dynamic business settings.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Visier, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with global teams and navigating cross-cultural dynamics.
