What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the Process Design: Serve as the owner of process design, providing final approval for deliverables and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Driving Process Evolution: Create and maintain process maps, driving updates and improvements to process and technology standards.
- Approval Management: Oversee the approval process for all updates and changes to processes, ensuring consistency and standardization.
- Training and Development: Develop own team as process experts and train people support team on the execution of processes and ensure the team is well-versed in new policies and procedures.
- Monitoring Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for owned processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a point of contact (POC) for all matters related to the owned process scope, collaborating with other teams and stakeholders.
- Documentation and Updates: Ensure all documentation is up to date and incorporate suggestions for improvements.
- Issue Resolution: Address escalated issues and risks, providing justifications for exceptions and deciding when standardization should be maintained or adjusted.
