You Are

A strategic People Partner who aligns talent strategies with business goals, navigates complexity, uses data to drive decisions, and provides trusted guidance to senior leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with an array of engineering and sales leaders in aligning People and business priorities.
 • Advising on organizational design, talent planning, and leadership effectiveness.
 • Guiding leaders through sensitive and complex people challenges.
 • Identifying organizational issues and driving solutions that improve performance.
 • Strengthening manager and leader capabilities through coaching and development.
 • Driving talent development, succession planning, and workforce strategy.
 • Promoting a values‑driven, engaged and high‑performance culture.
 • Delivering key People programs in collaboration with the broader people team.

What You’ll Need

• Extensive HRBP/People Partner experience in multinational engineering/technical environments.
 • Strong business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder influence.
 • Expertise in organization development, workforce strategy, talent development, and change leadership.
 • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

 • Business Level English proficiency.
 • Bachelor’s degree; ~15+ years relevant experience.
