Synopsys seeks a strategic People Partner for its Strategy and Marketing teams who will collaborate globally to implement scalable solutions, foster a unified culture, and drive organizational design and change. What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Serve as a strategic People Partner for our Strategy and Marketing organizations. 
  • Collaborate closely with global peers and Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, Org Design, People Ops) to create solutions that scale—and actually stick. 
  • Champion our “One Synopsys” mindset: break down silos, foster honest conversations, and help teams connect across the business. 
  • Model our values of Agility, Courage, Excellence, and Trust—especially when it means respectfully challenging old habits or proposing bold new ideas. 
  • Draw from your experience leading through change, including integrations and cultural transformation. 
  • Bring your enthusiasm for org design, data, and building strong, unified teams. 

What You’ll Need: 

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in People Partnering, HR Business Partnering, or People leadership roles, preferably within technology or complex, global organizations. 
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people decisions to revenue, customer outcomes, and brand impact. 
  • Demonstrated success leading through change, ambiguity, and transformation (e.g., org redesign, integration, new operating models). 
  • Credibility and presence to influence senior leaders and coach executives and people managers.
