What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning and managing our People Team tech stack, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Implementing and maintaining ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and custom HR tools to support internal strategies.
• Aligning technology solutions with People team strategies to meet organizational needs.
• Leading the implementation of AI solutions in HR and recruiting tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Defining and executing the People Team Technology Roadmap to drive continuous improvement.
• Managing a global team of People Technology professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
