You Are:

You are an accomplished and visionary product leader with a passion for high-frequency electromagnetic simulation and a proven track record in driving strategic product directions. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the strategic direction, product roadmap, and execution for Ansys HFSS, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Acting as a technology evangelist, providing advanced domain expertise in high-frequency simulation for semiconductors, RF & microwave, antenna, and high-speed interconnect applications. 
• Engaging directly with critical customers and partners to drive requirements gathering, solution prioritization, and successful deployment of new features and capabilities.
• Providing thought leadership in technical forums, industry events, executive briefings, and customer workshops, representing Synopsys as a market leader.
• Collaborating with ACE, Sales, and customer-facing organizations to ensure business objectives are met and to support customer success initiatives.
• Overseeing the entire HFSS product lifecycle—from concept and definition through development, launch, adoption, and retirement—while ensuring continuous innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; OR Master’s with 10+ years; OR PhD with 8+ years.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in HFSS and adjacent simulation workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in defining product strategies, roadmap planning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Ability to effectively communicate the business value of complex technical innovations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with high-frequency simulation tools (Ansys HFSS or competitive products) and familiarity with complementary technologies (e.g., SIwave, Icepak, HPC/cloud workflows).
