You thrive in customer-facing roles, communicate effectively, and manage complex projects across diverse teams.  * Acting as the main contact for customers on IP programs
 * Managing project schedules and deliverables
 * Coordinating cross-functional teams globally
 * Identifying and mitigating project risks
 * Reporting progress to leadership and customers
 * Improving project management processes
