You Are:
You are an adaptable engineering leader with deep experience in IC design and ASIC project management. You thrive in cross-functional teams, balancing technical expertise with clear communication. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Leading cross-functional teams, defining project roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing, and aligning objectives across business units.
- Identifying resource needs, managing risks, and resolving project issues to keep initiatives on track and within scope.
- Driving process improvements and establishing best practices for efficient project execution and team productivity.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to provide pre- and post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular status updates and clear communication to management and customers, fostering transparency and trust.

What You’ll Need:
- Engineering degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in IC design or ASIC development.
- Strong technical knowledge of integrated circuit design, ASIC development, and semiconductor IP.
- Project leadership experience in a high-tech environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in risk and change management, adept at navigating complex project challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
