Project Engineering Manager – PHY Prototyping

You will coordinate prototyping & validation projects of mixed signal IP. The role encompasses working with a cross functional Eng. team involved in the various project development phases. You will have a product managerial role and you will be involved in technical activities such as driving debug plans and test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Project scope and milestone definition
• Coordinate project kick-off and development tracking
• Drive project planning, secure resource allocation
• Ensure execution of Quality Management process
• Direct debug activities
• Coordinate or supervise prototyping related deliverables
• Coordinate R&D inputs for pre / post-sales e.g., within statements of work
• Manage continuous improvement cycle.

Key Qualifications

• Electrical/Electronic Engineering degree
• 3 years + in roles such as Project Management, Customer Interface
• Experience on Windows OS and tools such as MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication
• Solid organizational skills
• Self-motivation, problem solving attitude and attention to detail.

Valued Knowledge / Experience

• Computer Programming
• IC development flows (design & fabrication)
• FPGA development
• High-speed electronics and Test Instrumentation
• Serializer / De-serializer (SERDES) protocols
• Quality Management practices.
