We're looking for Project Engineering Management Engineer join our team!

You Are

You are a seasoned Project Engineering Management with a passion for driving complex technical projects to successful completion. With over 10 years of relevant experience, you have a deep understanding of analog and digital design flows, IC manufacturing processes, and process technologies. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, recognizing and mitigating risks, and working proactively on contingency plans. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills enable you to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and geographical boundaries. You are process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on clear and documented communication, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
  • Managing IP development related tasks between Foundry and Synopsys internal team. 
  • Acting as the focal point of contact and coordinator for all external and internal communications to cross-functional teams regarding engineering issues.
  • Overseeing engineering programs that may include new development or porting of different IPs to various process technology nodes.
  • Reporting IP development status regularly and managing it proactively among teams.
  • Driving a meeting with a customer for effective communication.
What You’ll Need
 
  • BS degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background and proven track record in program management in analog/digital IP design.
  • Understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off process.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
