You Are:

You are a dynamic and experienced leader with a technical background in computer science or electronics. With a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, you bring a wealth of knowledge in overseeing the development of simulation models and virtual prototypes. Your expertise in C/C++ and problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to understand complex hardware and software requirements. You thrive in a collaborative environment, have a knack for motivating your team, and excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your prior experience in the automotive domain and familiarity with tools like Simulink or CANoe is a plus. You are passionate about innovation and continuously seek ways to enhance product offerings to meet complex customer needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing and managing the modeling, integration, and testing of peripherals within a SystemC based platform modeling framework.
• Understanding and assessing the modeling requirements of complex hardware for cost and schedule perspectives.
• Leading a multi-member team involved in SoC platform creation, validation, and software/OS bring-up.
• Developing and enhancing features, flows, and solutions.
• Ensuring quality execution of software development projects, including designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging software programs.
• Creating reliable plans and effort estimates for your projects.
• Focusing on innovation to ensure continuous product enhancements.

What You’ll Need:

• BE / B. Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate and align team members towards business goals and priorities.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in application development in assembly or higher-level languages.
• Understanding of bus and memory architectures.
• Experience in SoC peripherals modeling using C/C++/SystemC/HDL is preferred.
• Experience in multi-core-based platform developments and various bus protocols like AMBA, AXI, OCP, NoC.
• Management experience and familiarity with project management tools like Jira, MPP, Kimble.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:

You will be part of an excellent development team in the System Level Design space, involved in creating virtual prototypes for SoCs/MCUs, hardware boards, or complete hardware benches. This team focuses on software development and validation use cases, bringing innovation and improvements to enable complex customer use cases using virtual prototypes.
