You Are:

You are a seasoned engineering leader with 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, especially ECO and optimization technologies. You excel at developing algorithmic solutions and thrive in collaborative, multicultural environments. Your strong communication skills help bridge technical gaps, and you are passionate about delivering customer-focused results. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Korea-based ECO team, setting technical direction and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Design and implement efficient algorithmic solutions to optimize SignOff ECO products for both block and full-chip levels.
• Drive continuous improvements in Quality of Results (QoR) for faster timing convergence and optimal power overhead.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their ECO challenges and deliver impactful solutions that drive success.
• Collaborate with a global team of high-caliber engineers, exchanging technical insights and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with product engineering teams to capture requirements and ensure solution closure.
• Maintain strict adherence to performance and quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate and lead technical discussions, presenting complex concepts with clarity to diverse audiences.

What You’ll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, with a focus on ECO and physical design optimization.
• Deep expertise in algorithm development for EDA tools, with proven results in timing and power management.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, C++, Tcl, or similar.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving cross-functional collaboration in a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with customers, understand complex requirements, and deliver robust solutions.
