What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving and implementing the integration of conversational AI capabilities into advanced mechanical simulation software tools.
  • Designing, developing, maintaining, testing, and documenting software modules—including APIs, backend, and frontend components.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to leverage shared technology components and ensure seamless integration.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Investigating and resolving technical issues reported by QA or product support, ensuring robust and reliable software performance.
  • Participating in bug verification, release testing, and beta support activities to guarantee product quality.
  • Staying abreast of the latest agentic AI advancements, applying them to enhance existing systems or develop novel solutions.

What You’ll Need:

  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Natural Science, or a related field.
  • Academic, research, or industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Experience with LLMs or generative AI techniques and agentic AI tools.
  • Experience with additional programming languages such as Typescript, Go, or C++.
  • Familiarity with distributed computing technologies (micro-service architectures, RPC frameworks, REST, WebSocket APIs).
  • Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub), and web frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
  • Background in Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), or CAD modeling is highly valued.
