You Are:

You are a passionate and driven engineer with a deep understanding of semiconductor physics and memory circuit design. Your expertise in SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, RC networks, and FinFET fundamentals enables you to deliver exceptional solutions in high-performance and low-power memory architectures. You possess a strong proficiency in scripting languages like Perl, Python, or Shell, enabling you to automate workflows and optimize design processes. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and optimizing high-performance, low-power SRAM memory circuits for advanced semiconductor products.
• Characterizing and analyzing timing, power, and leakage across various memory architectures.
• Applying deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, RC networks, and FinFET fundamentals to enhance design quality.
• Developing and automating internal flows using Perl, Python, or Shell scripting to streamline engineering processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust integration and verification of memory IP.
• Contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives within the engineering group.

What You’ll Need:

• Deep knowledge of SRAM bit-cell figure of merits, SRAM memory design, RC networks, FinFET fundamentals, and general semiconductor physics.
• Hands-on experience in designing high-performance, low-power circuits, with a focus on memory circuits.
• Proficiency in Perl, Python, or Shell scripting for automation and internal flow development.
• Strong analytical skills in timing, power, and leakage characterization of memory architectures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment.
