You Are:
You are a dynamic and innovative Senior R&D Engineer with a passion for advancing technology. With a deep understanding of MOSFET and FINFET technologies, you have a knack for characterizing and modeling standard cells for various technologies and foundries. Your expertise in quality analysis of characterized liberty and Verilog models in terms of timing, power, and functionality sets you apart. You excel in validating characterization and simulation tool versions and are committed to providing daily status updates and ensuring on-time, high-quality releases. Your collaborative nature and excellent communication skills enable you to work effectively within and outside your team, making significant contributions to our projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Characterizing and modeling standard cells for various technologies and foundries.
- Conducting quality analysis of characterized liberty and Verilog models in terms of timing, power, and functionality.
- Validating characterization (PrimeLib) and simulation (Hspice, PrimeSim, Finesim) tool versions.
- Applying thorough knowledge of MOSFET and FINFET technologies in daily tasks.
- Providing daily status updates to ensure project transparency and progress tracking.
- Ensuring on-time and quality releases of characterized models and tools.

What You’ll Need:
- Deep knowledge of MOSFET and FINFET technologies.
- Experience in characterizing and modeling standard cells for various technologies and foundries.
- Proficiency in quality analysis of characterized liberty and Verilog models.
- Experience in validating characterization and simulation tools such as PrimeLib, Hspice, PrimeSim, and Finesim.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
