You Are:

You are an accomplished engineering professional with a passion for cutting-edge system-level design and virtualization. With over nine years of experience in the semiconductor or embedded systems industry, you thrive in environments that demand technical depth, strategic vision, and hands-on expertise. You are adept at architecting, developing, and validating complex virtual prototypes using SystemC and TLM, enabling early software development and robust system validation across diverse domains such as Automotive, Wireless, and Hyperscaler. Your strong ownership mindset drives you to lead initiatives end-to-end, from requirements capture to final release, always ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.


You excel at balancing architectural accuracy with simulation performance, and you are comfortable establishing coding and validation standards for both internal teams and cross-functional collaborators. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of SystemC/TLM-based virtual platforms for SoCs, MCUs, and ECUs, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, integration, validation, and release.  
  • Define and implement modeling strategies for IPs and peripherals, optimizing for both accuracy and performance, and establish coding and validation standards for the team.  
  • Own the integration of complex subsystems, ensuring the robustness, scalability, and maintainability of simulation platforms.  
  • Act as the technical point of contact for issue resolution, applying strong engineering rigor and clear communication with stakeholders.  
  • Develop, integrate, and validate SoC peripheral models using SystemC/TLM across multiple application domains, authoring and reviewing ESL model specifications and interface contracts.  
  • Lead software bring-up activities for Linux, Android, AUTOSAR, and embedded stacks on virtual prototypes, debugging boot flows, drivers, and peripheral interactions.  
  • Support customer engagements by understanding their use cases, proposing effective solutions, and driving timely and transparent resolutions to challenges.  
  • Mentor junior engineers and consultants, lead design/code/test reviews, and proactively manage risks and priorities across multiple workstreams.

What You’ll Need:

  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ with demonstrated expertise in debugging and problem-solving.  
  • Solid foundation in computer architecture, embedded systems, and low-level software development (assembly and/or embedded/application-level programming).  
  • Proven experience with SystemC/TLM-based modeling, including SoC peripheral development and integration.  
  • Ownership of complex, high-quality technical deliverables in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to author and review technical documentation and interface contracts.  
  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech) and 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
