You Are:

You are a motivated and innovative engineer with over 10 years of experience in design verification. Your expertise in building best-in-class verification methodologies and flows for high-performance IPs is unmatched. You thrive on identifying inefficiencies and creating solutions that enhance the front-end verification process. Your proficiency in simulation and debug flows, as well as deploying the latest verification tool capabilities, makes you a sought-after leader in the field. You have a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, coordinating across multiple global design and tools teams, and leading small teams of verification methodology experts. Your technical acumen is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build best-in-class verification methodologies and flows for high-performance IPs.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the front-end verification process and implement ideas to address them.
• Be responsible for simulation and debug flows for multiple IPs and IP subsystems.
• Deploy the latest verification tool capabilities for IP verification.
• Work with cross-functional teams comprising of IP design teams and the VCS and Verdi RnD/PE teams.
• Work with and coordinate across multiple global design and tools teams.
• Lead a small team of verification methodology experts.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in verifying digital logic using SystemVerilog for ASICs, and/or SoCs.
• Experience in design verification technologies like UVM, simulation, coverage collection, test planning, debugging, integration flows, build/release flows.
• Experience in RTL design verification (UVM, System Verilog), System-On-Chip integration and verification, and design automation.
• Experience in HDL languages such as Verilog/System Verilog, VHDL and scripting languages such as Python/Perl/TCL.
• Experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) verification tools like VCS, Verdi, Spyglass, VC-Formal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science.
