Job Description and Requirements
The Operations Team seeks a talented Senior Operations Internal Auditor to develop the strategic framework and foundations for the Product Operations process compliance excellence and execute internal audits. We are looking for dynamic, energetic, agile and autonomous team members backed with a solid process, service and project management acumen, who are enthusiastic to define and shape how Silicon IP business unit collaboratively streamlines its multiple engineering components.

This position will be a change agent, supporting Product Operations teams to foster and establish the right level of communication and set the right expectations will all internal and external stakeholders as it relates to compliance with Product Operations processes and controls as well as alignment with Corporate Quality System.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define, implement, and manage a framework for Product Operations processes compliance excellence in cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute audit reviews under the new framework.
  • Perform risk assessment of Product Operations processes and controls.
  • Provide regular progress updates on status of audit reviews, including findings and work with stakeholders to develop effective, agreed upon actions with related timeframes for completion.
  • Team up with Product Operations process owners to adapt their current processes to increase compliance with policies and controls.
  • Align and define interfaces with external engineering groups and entities.
  • Communicate and train teams on Product Operations processes compliance excellence.
  • Collect up-to-date best-practices and new methodologies applicable to in-house techniques and Processes.

Key Requirements:
  • MSc degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, economy, or other related
  • Knowledge of relevant auditing frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO20000)
  • Knowledge of Product Operations processes, specifically Service Management (e.g., ITIL) and in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, both to internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to craft actionable messaging to peers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills. Willingness to manage and coordinate stakeholders across a global organization.
  • Passion for new problem solving and team cooperation to yield new ideas and proposals, with peers who challenge you to be better
  • The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals. And the ability to deal with, and thrive on objections

Preferred Experience:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in an audit-related role in a Tech environment
  • Experience on Standards and/or compliance frameworks
  • Experience on Service Management and/or Project Management processes (or related areas)
  • Work experience in multicultural environment/international company is a plus
  • Previous experience in Consulting role(s) is also a plus
