You Are:

You are a dynamic UX/Developer Experience Specialist who is passionate about creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and have a proven track record of translating complex concepts into clear, accessible content. You thrive in collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. Your strong research skills enable you to understand user needs and define user personas effectively. You excel in creating end-to-end journey maps and are adept at using tools like Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping. Your leadership skills are evident as you train team members and advocate for developers within the organization. You are organized, a problem-solver, and have excellent communication skills that enable you to convey ideas effectively to various stakeholders. Your experience in UX and UI Design, Information Architecture, and Visual Design sets you apart as a valuable asset to any team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting user-research to understand user needs and define user personas.
• Creating end-to-end journey maps to enhance user experience.
• Transforming product feature requirements into UI mock-ups and interactive, video-based content.
• Leading the experience design initiative within the organization.
• Training team members to conduct effective UX reviews and design eLearning modules with gamification for enhanced customer engagement.
• Identifying UX enhancements and defining the overall customer journey.
• Advocating for developers and ensuring their needs are considered in new product development.
• Developing tools and practices to improve the developer experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify business needs.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Computer Science, Web Development, UX Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX and UI Design, User-Centered Design, and Research, Information Architecture, User Interaction, and Visual Design.
• Strong skills in Wireframing and Prototyping.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, XML, Markdown, JIRA, Linux & Mac OS, Version Control Repositories, LMS, and CMS.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in mentoring and training teams on processes and best practices.
