You Are:

You are a passionate and experienced engineer with a strong background in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and a deep understanding of logic synthesis and optimization. You thrive in solving complex problems and have a knack for developing innovative algorithms that enhance performance, power, and area (PPA) metrics. You are proficient in C++ programming and have a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and excel at breaking down challenges into actionable solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:

- Enhancing optimization flows for performance, power, and area (PPA) or runtime in cutting-edge synthesis products. - Identifying opportunities for improving PPA and proposing innovative solutions and algorithms. - Implementing new algorithms and thoroughly testing them to ensure reliability and efficiency. - Supporting the optimization flow post-deployment to address any issues and ensure smooth operation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align optimization strategies with broader product goals. - Staying updated on industry trends and incorporating best practices into the development process.

What You’ll Need:

- At least 5 years of work experience in EDA, preferably in logic optimization and logic synthesis. - Strong software development skills with a minimum of 5 years of coding experience in C++. - Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, with a focus on optimization techniques. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges. - A solid understanding of chip design flow and its various stages.
