You Are:
You are a highly skilled and motivated engineer with a passion for CMOS embedded memory design. You possess a deep understanding of circuit implementation, especially in the realm of ultra-high-speed, ultra-low-power, or high-density designs. Your proficiency in schematic entry, circuit simulation, and layout planning is unmatched. You thrive in a collaborative environment, interfacing seamlessly with CAD and frontend engineers to ensure the automation of memory compilers and the generation of EDA models. Your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills allow you to excel in bit cell development and verification, driving physical layout design with precision. With a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or a related field, you bring technical expertise and a commitment to continuous learning. Your ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, combined with your excellent communication skills, makes you an invaluable asset to any team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing CMOS embedded memories such as SP SRAM, DP SRAM, Register File, and ROM.
- Implementing design architecture and circuit solutions for ultra-high-speed, ultra-low-power, or high-density applications.
- Performing schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout planning, and supervision.
- Conducting design verification and validation to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Interfacing with CAD and frontend engineers to automate memory compilers and generate EDA models.
- Developing and verifying bit cells, driving physical layout design and verification.
- Providing support and performing other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication, or related fields.
- Proficiency in CMOS memory design, circuit simulation, and memory layout designs.
- Expertise in layout parasitic extraction and knowledge of layout verification tools and debugging techniques.
- Programming capability in C-Shell, Perl, with knowledge of C++ or JavaScript being a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
