What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing, implementing, testing, and documenting best-in-class place-and-route algorithms and features.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging existing place-and-route software and flows.
  • Offering close support to application engineers and users to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Contributing expertise and timely solutions to agile technical problem-solving teams.
  • Participating in code refactoring efforts for legacy modules to enhance efficiency and re-usability.
  • Performing design and code reviews of peer work.

  • Enhancing the efficiency and performance of place-and-route algorithms and tools.
  • Improving the reliability and usability of custom design software.

  • Contributing to the overall success of the Custom Design Group through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficiency in modern object-oriented C++ coding techniques.
  • Strong understanding of graph theory and its applications.
  • 2+ years of software development experience, preferably in the EDA industry.
  • Experience with algorithm design and data structures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and support software applications.
  • MSc Degree in Electrical of Computer Science, with 1+ experience
