What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to expand Synopsys’ market share in Korea and the broader APAC region.  
  • Managing key accounts, cultivating executive-level relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. 
  • Identifying new business opportunities, leading negotiations, and closing high-value deals for semiconductor and software solutions. 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams—including marketing, technical support, and product management—to deliver tailored customer solutions. 
  • Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and offerings. 
  • Mentoring and developing junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record in executive-level sales, preferably within semiconductor, EDA, or enterprise software markets  
  • Deep understanding of chip design, verification, IP integration, and related technologies.  
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and contract management skills.  
  • Experience with CRM platforms and data analytics tools for sales forecasting and pipeline management. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, matrixed organization, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
