What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain strategic business relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure renewal business and generate new opportunities.
  • Lead the account planning cycle for high-value, complex, and global strategic accounts, representing the full portfolio of Synopsys products and services.
  • Identify and define customer solutions, collaborating with technical teams to deliver compelling presentations that address client challenges and drive new business.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular touchpoint activities, including management review meetings, trainings, seminars, and information sessions to strengthen account relationships.
  • Develop and document customer requirements, usage metrics, and success criteria to demonstrate Synopsys’ ROI and enhance sales profitability.
  • Research and analyze customer and competitor information, maintaining exceptional knowledge of account needs, organizational structures, and sales processes.
  • Drive contract negotiations for multiyear deals and create ROI-based proposals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for Synopsys and its clients.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately track progress in Salesforce, and complete all administrative tasks including quotations, order processing, and contract preparation.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field and 6+ years of experience OR 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales positions, with experience managing high-value, complex accounts.
  • Fluency in English and the local language of the territory (Taiwan).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Synopsys products/services, pricing practices, Semiconductor Industry  and engineering analysis technologies.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and navigate complex sales and customer issues independently.
  • Strong executive presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and related administrative processes.
