You Are:
You are a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with a passion for technology and innovation. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the challenge of building and expanding customer relationships in the semiconductor and EDA industries. With a minimum of five years of industry experience, including at least three years in sales, you possess a deep understanding of IC design flows and methodologies. Your educational background in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or a related field) equips you with the technical acumen to engage confidently with both management and engineering teams.
You are a natural leader, self-motivated, and possess a strong desire to win. Your communication skills—both verbal and written—are exceptional, enabling you to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at identifying customer needs and translating them into tailored Synopsys solutions, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver differentiated value. Your ability to develop new territories and accounts, combined with your willingness to travel as needed, makes you a key driver of business growth. You are committed to continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to Synopsys’ ongoing success.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and expanding new and existing customer accounts within an established geographic territory and product line.
- Collaborating with technical teams to understand customer requirements and promote Synopsys solutions that address their unique challenges.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at both management and technical levels.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Leading customer engagements, presentations, and negotiations to secure successful outcomes for both Synopsys and its clients.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or EDA industry, with at least 3 years in a sales role.

- Proven ability to develop new territories and accounts, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
