Job Description: As a Hardware Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products succeed in the market. Your expertise in hardware products and your ability to communicate their value propositions will be critical in achieving our sales targets and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our hardware products and effectively communicate their value propositions to customers.
  5. Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions.
  6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies.
  7. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with customers, closing deals that meet both customer needs and company objectives.
  8. Training and Development: Train and mentor sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in hardware product sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Skills:
    • Strong understanding of hardware products and technology.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
