1. Maintenance Renewal Sales (Quoting and Forecasting) 
 2. Assist Forecasting update and submission (AP/CN/JP/KR/EU) / FX adjustment (CN/JP/EU)
 3. Assist with Temp Keys
 a.  Key cutting, reporting, and ensuring all requests adhere to Temp Key policy. 
 b.  Assist in Temp Key cutting for countries with Export requirements 
 4. QuoteIt support 
 5. Contract/Quote review 
 6.  Order review and submission.                                                                                    

7.  Assist with license re-hosts, site transfers, remix, and off-maintenance requests
 8.  Customer Master requests (New, Changes, Assignments and Logo Merges as requested) 
 9.  Submit iBase corrections, FSA pulldown requests, and PA Amendments as requested.                                                                                                                           

10.  Assist in Lead qualification
