You Are:

You bring 15+ years of DDR/HBM SIPI engineering experience and a deep understanding of high-speed interface signaling, analysis methods, and modeling tools like HFSS, Ansys, HSPICE, Raptor, and ADS. You communicate technical findings clearly, collaborate across teams, and stay ahead of industry trends. Your expertise enables you to solve complex problems and drive innovation in signal and power integrity.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assess interconnects using advanced modeling to predict data rates and signal margins.
• Optimize system performance using equalization and power delivery strategies.
• Document and communicate findings to teams and customers.
• Collaborate with design teams to enhance PHY design.
• Track industry standards and memory vendor roadmaps.
• Contribute to Synopsys’ DDR/HBM PHY roadmap.

• 15+ years in DDR/HBM SIPI engineering.
• Expertise in high-speed signaling and analysis.

• Experience in board-level and on-chip IO design.
