The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:
You will be part of our dynamic SoC Physical Design team, focused on delivering high-performance silicon chips. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation, working collaboratively to achieve excellence in design and implementation. We value continuous learning and encourage our team members to grow their skills and expertise.
What You’ll Be Trained and Doing:
- The physical design and implementation of System-on-Chip (SoC) designs.
- Tasks related to floorplanning, placement, clock tree synthesis, and routing of SoC components.
- Collaboration with design and verification teams to ensure design accuracy and performance.
- Development and optimization of physical design methodologies and flows.
What You’ll Need:
- Final year students, major in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation & Control, Computer Science or other related majors (not yet graduated during the internship period, expecting to graduate in 2025).
- GPA from 3.0/4 or 7.0/10
- Basic understanding of physical design concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with EDA tools and scripting languages (e.g., TCL, Perl) is a plus.
- Interested in IC design and desire to pursue long-term career path of IC design.
- Good English communications (4 skills)
- Self-study, researching and presentation skills
- Highly accountable, patient, hard-working.
- Good at both individual work and teamwork skills.
Key Program Facts:
- Program Length: 6 months (full-time basis)* (*Intern is required to participate at least 70% of program length, ~3.5 working days/ week).
- Location: Synopsys Office in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time.
- Start Date: Tentative from January, 2025.
