You Are:

You are a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions that drive business success. With over 8 years of IT experience and more than 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration, you bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. You have a proven track record of working on end-to-end Salesforce projects, including Community implementation, and are proficient in a wide range of Salesforce skills such as Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Platform development.

Your technical prowess is complemented by exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, allowing you to navigate complex business challenges with ease. You thrive in both autonomous and team environments, consistently delivering high-quality results. Your strong communication skills enable you to translate complex technical concepts into business terms, fostering collaboration and understanding across diverse teams.

Staying abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, you proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
• Prepare detailed specifications for configuration execution or writing of programs, and design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Monitor and report statuses of project activities, identify issues that inhibit meeting project goals, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform in a project leadership role and guide junior team members.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and define corrective actions for real-time issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 8+ years of IT-related experience and 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development/Administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce skills such as Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Platform development, and Salesforce API integration.
• Experience in Live Salesforce.com coding, Salesforce Integration, Maintenance/enhancements, and the Lightning Component Framework.
• Strong understanding of Apex Development Patterns, Test Driven Development, and best practices.
• Ability to develop Reports, Dashboards, and reporting snapshots, with expertise in tools like Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, and PowerBI being a plus.
