You Are:

You are a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a passion for designing, developing, and maintaining robust business applications. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements and recommend effective solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce development, coupled with your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allows you to tackle complex issues creatively and independently. With over 8 years of IT-related experience and a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce development/administration, you possess an exceptional technical understanding and hands-on experience in managing systems development in new computing architectures and environments. Your ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, along with your excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You are well-versed in Salesforce Skills like Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, and have experience with Aura Lightning, LWC, JavaScript, and JQuery. Certifications like Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Platform App Builder further validate your expertise.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations.
• Engage in live Salesforce.com coding (development) - Apex and Visualforce, Salesforce Integration, Maintenance/enhancements, and the Lightning Component Framework.
• Create/modify existing controllers, controller extensions, APEX, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, XML, JSON, Visualforce, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques.
• Develop intuitive UI using Visualforce, JavaScript, and JQuery technologies.
• Develop Reports, Dashboards, reporting snapshots, and utilize other reporting tools like Tableau CRM, Einstein analytics & PowerBi.
• Perform technical root cause analysis and define corrective action for real-time issues.

What You’ll Need:

• A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development and Administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Skills like Apex Classes, Test Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards, Package Installations, Roles, Profiles, Email Templates, Email Services, and Data Loader.
• Experience with Aura Lightning, LWC, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Salesforce.com certifications like Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Platform App Builder. Additional certifications like Application Architect, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise application platforms such as DocuSign, Coveo, Event Monitoring, and OwnBackup tools is a plus.
