What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Providing advanced technical debugging support for Totem-SC and Totem, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Setting up, validating, and reproducing customer flows to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
  • Supporting certification and evaluation flows for analog IP and power integrity tools.
  • Delivering on-site or remote technical support to Korean customers, adapting to their unique needs and environments.
  • Extending support to global customers as needed, contributing to Synopsys’ worldwide reputation for excellence.

  • Empowering customers to maximize the performance and reliability of their analog IP designs through expert EM/IR analysis.
  • Accelerating issue resolution by reproducing customer environments and providing actionable feedback for tool improvements.
  • Enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing root causes in collaboration with R&D.
  • Ensuring successful certification and evaluation processes, supporting customers in achieving compliance and performance targets.
  • Strengthening Synopsys’ relationships with Korean and global customers through responsive, high-impact technical support.
  • Driving innovation by sharing customer insights and feedback with product teams, influencing future tool development.
What You’ll Need:
  • Strong understanding of analog IP EM/IR analysis methodologies and challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with power integrity tools such as Totem and Totem-SC.
  • Proficiency in SPICE simulation and netlist debugging for analog and mixed-signal designs.
  • Knowledge of DSPF/SPF formats and their application in power and signal integrity analysis.
  • Expertise in Linux environments, with scripting skills in Python or TCL preferred.
  • Familiarity with foundry PDKs and certification flows for advanced semiconductor processes.
