What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contributing to the development of requirement specifications for HFSS product features, ensuring alignment with customer and market needs.
• Developing deep subject matter expertise in one or more HFSS product domains, such as SI/PI, RF/microwave, or antenna systems.
• Collaborating closely with regional field application engineering teams to gather, clarify, and translate customer requirements into actionable product plans.
• Delivering high-quality, timely results both independently and as a collaborative team member across global initiatives.
• Assisting in the creation and delivery of technical training and educational materials for field application engineering and customer teams.
• Providing expert technical support and guidance to peers, acting as a go-to resource for complex problem-solving within the team.
• Proactively identifying and communicating potential technical or project issues, ensuring early resolution and continuous improvement.
• Contributing to commercial product development projects, supporting the successful rollout and adoption of new HFSS features.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5-8 years of experience, Master’s with 3-6 years, or PhD with 1-3 years.
• Proven experience using HFSS, with a strong understanding of electromagnetic simulation principles.
• Advanced Python programming skills for automation, scripting, and workflow optimization.
• Expertise in at least one HFSS specialization area: SI/PI for chip/package/board, mixed-signal/RF microwave components, or antenna systems.
• Track record of technical contributions to commercial product development projects.
• Ability to understand and translate complex customer requirements into product features and solutions.
