- Implement and refine optimization algorithms—including adjoint methods, genetic algorithms, and neural networks—to automate the electronics design process.
- Evaluate and validate designs using electromagnetic (EM) solvers (HFSS, Q3D, SIwave) and circuit simulators, leveraging AI/ML-based surrogate models for accelerated analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional electronics teams to brainstorm, share ideas, and contribute to the evolution of industry-leading simulation software.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory.
- Experience with numerical optimization techniques, adjoint methods, or training machine learning models (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn) for design optimization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar for scripting, data analysis, and algorithm development.
- Preferred: Familiarity with PCB design and transmission line theory.
