Staff - Technical Writer – Generative AI and Platform Engineering
 
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
 
About the Role:
We are looking for an adept Technical Writer / Information Developer to work with our innovative Generative AI and Platform Engineering Group. Your role will be pivotal in creating accessible, detailed documentation for our sophisticated AI and platform products, catering to a technical audience that including R&D engineers,  AI researchers, and our customers. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Craft and refine a broad spectrum of technical documentation, including CLIs, SDKs, APIs, Cloud Native deployment guides, and user manuals.
•    Interpret and organize complex source material into polished, user-friendly content suitable for a highly technical audience.
•    Collaborate intimately with engineering teams to ensure documentation accuracy and technical precision.
•    Employ best practices in technical writing to ensure all documentation is clear, concise, and practical.
•    Demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to excellence, even when faced with shifting project requirements and tight deadlines.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
•    Over 6 years of experience in the technology industry, predominantly as a technical writer with few years of experience in software development.

Essential Skills:
•    A strong foundation in technical writing standards with the ability to quickly understand new emerging technologies. 
•    Outstanding writing and communication skills, capable of creating content that resonates with a technical audience.
•    Customer-focused documentation strategy, ensuring alignment with user requirements and product directions.
•    Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team, including with remote and non-native English-speaking groups.
•    Must possess familiarity and practical experience with Linux, CLIs, SDKs, and APIs.
•    Experience with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams is required, emphasizing adaptability and collaborative team dynamics.
