You Are:

You are a tech-savvy and passionate Technical Writer who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. With a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for transforming complex technical information into user-friendly documentation, you excel in creating clear, concise, and comprehensive materials. You possess a degree or master’s in electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines, backed by 3-7 years of experience in technical writing within the software or hardware industry. Your proficiency with authoring tools such as FrameMaker, coupled with excellent English writing and speaking skills, positions you as an invaluable asset to our team. You are a problem solver with strong logical reasoning and solution-oriented approach, capable of working independently and as part of a multi-site team. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to learn new technologies, make you a standout candidate. You take ownership of your projects and pride in delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and writing user documentation for various Digital and Mixed Signal IPs.
• Planning, organizing, writing, and editing technical specifications, engineering schematics, application notes, and user guides.
• Interfacing with our Design Engineering team to collect raw content and transform it into user-friendly documentation.
• Strictly adhering to style guides and documentation processes to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborating with multi-site teams to deliver comprehensive documentation.
• Contributing to the documentation roadmap and having a significant impact on all customer documentation produced.

The Impact You Will Have:

• Enhancing the usability and accessibility of our technical documentation.
• Supporting the design and development teams by providing clear and accurate documentation.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of our IP product lines, including USB, PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, HDMI, and MIPI.
• Ensuring that our customers have the necessary resources to effectively utilize our products.
• Improving customer satisfaction through high-quality, user-friendly documentation.
• Driving innovation and continuous improvement in our documentation processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree or master’s in electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering disciplines.
• 3-7 years of technical writing experience in the software or hardware industry.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as FrameMaker.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, logical reasoning, and a solution-oriented mindset.
