What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing all global real estate transactions, including leasing, contract 

negotiations, renewals, and vendor management.

• Leading construction management efforts for new builds and renovations, 

ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Owning and optimizing the workplace budgeting process, spend tracking, and 

cost analysis to maximize ROI and support company priorities.

• Serving as the primary partner to the Chief People Officer and regularly 

interfacing with C-suite and senior executives to inform and influence decision?making.

• Driving integration and synergy initiatives post-acquisition, identifying 

opportunities for efficiency and cultural alignment.

• Leading, developing, and inspiring a global team, fostering a culture of 

accountability, collaboration, and care for the employee experience.

What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated expertise in global real estate transactions, including leasing, 

contract negotiation, and vendor management.

• Extensive experience in construction management, project scope definition, 

scheduling, and delivery.

• Advanced budgeting and cost analysis skills, with a track record of fiscal 

discipline and maximizing ROI.

• Proven ability to inform and influence senior executives, with a strategic 

mindset and strong business acumen.

• Experience building, leading, and developing high performing, engaged teams in 

complex, global environments.
