What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Overseeing the daily operations of locations across the region including Germany, Switzerland, and Romania ensuring that all services and functions are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Developing and implementing safety and security programs to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions for workplace resources.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of supervisors and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Coordinating with senior management to align workplace resource strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Monitoring and evaluating workplace policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in workplace resources, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent budget management and contract negotiation skills.

  • Must speak fluent German & have a good level of English.
